I did my own rebuild using 928 HS bearings kit
you do need a press and a pulley and bearing puller
they will need to press out the output shaft to release the assembly from the housing, will have to pull the bearings out and press back in, once bearings are all in place, take caution with returning the input/output shaft as they tempt to rotate because of the helical gears.

things to look out for:
make sure u place all the washers in their locations.
be careful pulling the input shaft in attempt to separate from output shaft as the bearing will bend the oil slinger.
when pressing the impeller back on, make sure u don't press it too far causing the seal to bulge which will leak air pressure in causing the blower to shoot oil out the vent gap.

read through the instructions multiple times, understand them and read them again (or have the shop read over them)
