Not to mention the outrageous dealer mark ups. What did they charge you for new rotors? I know guys that buy $59 blanks at the local auto parts store to use on the track.

It's a brake job. A Nismo is no more difficult than a Civic. Parts are just bigger. Sure, DIY is going to save you some $$$. But charging over $1K for a brake job is price gouging
