I would definitely call the dealership and speak with the Finance Manager or GM about it. If he calls again, ask to speak to his boss immediately.
Of course, some dealerships just operate that way and won't give a crap about your complaint. Bottom line is money. I know a guy who bought a "new" Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 for his wife from an out-of-state dealer and coordinated shipment himself. The car showed up with 1500 miles on it and the GM (owner's son) basically told him to screw off when he complained about the mileage. To top that, the engine threw a rod less than 500 miles later
