it looks like its the belt tensioner after all, we replaced it and managed to get 8-9 psi. at this point i am thinking of buying a one size smaller belt to better adjust this problem or go with the kit your talking about

Just PM me and I can set you up with my additional idler kit that increases the wrap around the SC jackshaft pulley. The kit has all of the parts to do the upgrade and includes a new HD drive belt. I have shipped these kits to Taiwan and Australia so Saudi should not be a problem.
Do yourself a BIG favor and get Topgunz A2A kit too. You and your engine will love it!
