I'm a former Mustang owner myself (97 Pacific Green and the best car I've ever owned) Like M4 said the sport package is a must, and coming from a Roush you'll miss it if you don't get it. Now the touring package is another story and you could go each way. Personally I had to go with it, I live in the North East and heated seats are awesome. If you are absolutely adverse to leather, heated seats and a halfway decent audio system don't bother with it. But if you like leather, heated seats ect.. or at least think you might like it, go with it. If you like little lights and stuff get the lighted doorsill plates, I wish mine had them. I didn't get Nav, I had it in my Harley Edt. F250 (See a Ford Fanboy trend yet) and barley used it, I couldn't really justify $1500 on something that only looked nice. I have the 7AT and love it. Big deal it doesn't have a clutch like a stick but it performs excellent. If you don't want to keep shifting and just want to cruise go for it, and when you want to sport around, its got paddle shifters and the ratchet shifter type thingy. Another thing is the splash guards which I think are a must as well. I'm sure I'm missing something though. Good luck with the purchase!
