In addition to that, a recent oil analysis found an increase in lead levels that wasn't previously elevated. Blackstone had deducted that it shouldn't have been this way considering how the car is used.
Yes, you can call Jon, but it's hit or miss. I understand he can be busy since he's either on the dyno or taking phone orders. I've waited patiently for quotes in regards to parts and service. Fast forward a month and no response.
In addition to getting a service quote, I felt that I was being rushed off the phone with one of their reps. You're better off talking to Russ because he'll take the time to explain things thoroughly.
