I see you have the manual, if you in fact have the 3.92 gears, I would not change a thing as 4% increase is not going to be worth it. If you are going to change gears (unless you are really fine tuning $$$$$) don't waste your time with anything less than a 10% change, you will not be happy. On the other side of that coin, you can go too far/ deep in your gearing. I would not go over 20% unless it's built for wheeling or the drag strip.
