I think I might try to figure out a way to slightly pressurize the intercooler and run water through it or some type of liquid to try to rid it of any debris lodged in there....I just feel that blowing air through it only could possibly leave stuff behind............Thoughts on this?

Then just flush the motor 3 or 4 times with a very light viscosity oil or the marvel mystery oil stuff just to try to get rid of anything that might be in the engine.
