Interview went really well. I have some hard thinking to do. It'll be a tough call.
1) They're small (20 users), but it would require large amounts of travel to offsite locations around the state.
2) Infrastructure is archaic. It would be a lot of work to update.
3) They want to negotiate from 45k. Idk if I can leave for that price. Especially iff they go even lower.
4) Very good benefits, but vacation days are basically non-existent unless you are their for 7+ years
5) it would be a true IT Manager position who in 2-3 years would head their own department. (basically IT Director after that time)
