They tell you to come in at a certain time, no matter what brand you have, and don't even get to your car for sometimes, hours. When i go in for an oil change, whether my infiniti or this z, and on occasion, i will sit and wait for an hour or more. Time, a few of us, just don't have to be sitting there.
