Shesha, we have cloth, yes. But you should still have a piece of "Pleather" on the side of the seat. When you shift in the seat, that might stop it when you're reaching back to adjust the seatbelt "contraption." If it is coming from that little patch of leather, I'm afraid there's not much you can do. That seatbelt thing clicks on mine as well. I wonder if that is your main problem. I wonder if you could throw some silicone on the hinges to stop it. Hmmm.
