I dont think this input to the ecu would work because it only reads 1.8v to 4.9v. If u are running straight pump with no ethanol or even 10% e. the input to the ecu would be 0v. (thats for innovative Motorsports sensor at least). But maybe im wrong.

You will take pin 102 which is solid grey in color and cut it with room to spare on the ECU destined connector side for soldering. In my case the ethanol content sensor zeitronix ECA-2 used a white/light blue stripe wire for the 0 - 5v reference and this is what is soldered into the grey pin 102 to the ECU. I also had to connect ignition 12v and black chassis ground to power the ECA-2 unit with key on.

Your tuner can then go into your custom rom and use that original input that was for evap pressure as a reference for ethanol content for flex fuel from the sensor at the return above the tank.
