As long as you have two functioning catalytic converters you should pass inspection and emissions testing. If they say anything about aftermarket high flow catalytic converters tell them your stock catalytic converters failed and you had to replace them or you could have to reinstall your stock catalytic converters for the inspection. There is a difference performance wise between the Berk high flow catalytic converters and the stock catalytic converters. I passed inspection before with my 350Z. The inspector just looked under my car to make sure I had catalytic converters and he didn't say anything about if they were stock or aftermarket catalytic converters.
