I bought my 2014 NISMO new in May2015 for 35K OTD trading in a 2008 Xterra with 175K miles. Decide the price you want to pay realistically, and play that against how long the car has been posted. The longer a car sits the more money it costs them and gives you more power. It's a used car so the only fee's should be licensing and taxes. I've never paid them buying from a dealer, new or used, and never will. If they aren't willing to eat it, I'm not willing to purchase from them.
Don't be afraid to walk away and leave your number in case they want to play ball after it sits another week, I saved almost 7K on my wife's Rouge doing it that way. I went in on Saturday told them what I would pay, they turned me down, I walked away. They called on Thursday, 2nd to last day of the month, and not only agreed to my asking price but offered to send some one to get me since I was 2 hours from the dealer.
