Yepp, SPC's part number is 72260 for $88-$95, includes toe bolt. Need to order two as it's one per side.
If you get their higher/newer model, it's 72262 I believe, and this comes as a set of left and right. At this price point, might as well get the SPL + SPC toe bolts.
