Can anyone recommend any shops around the SGV that installs halo lights for a relatively good price? It's just the main projector halo ring I need installed and if possible, a blacked-out paint job on the headlight housing.

I'd do it myself but seeing as my parents moved to Texas and my Z is in Los Angeles, it wouldn't be feasible.
