There isn't room with suspension loaded to reach the double adjustment bolts.
Is it expected or normal to have to raise the front end, make an adjustment, lower the front end, and check the alignment?

They will be able to reach them from underneath the car, I got my car aligned with the SPL arms at Firestone and the dude had no issues whatsoever.
