You can pick up a set of the new Continental Extremecontact Sports for less than a grand. Publications are saying they have at least the dry grip of the PSS and wet, noise, wear levels exceeding them. If that's true, then it's a great alternative to the PS4's. At least till someone does a head to head review.

The compound of the S-04 is slightly better than the S001, that's the major difference between the two. Tread looks the same.
