That's about the only thing about directional tires....i guess you could run them backwards for a bit...but i'll see if i can dig up some pic's.

Notice how the treadblock is raised in the front,,,very little; but corrected on a tire that can be run the opposite direction.
Pics are of L/F outer & inner and then tread vs. one of the rear's. Good tire & wasn't noisy-but when this wear gets worse over time-that's when you get some noise.
