nope, it's the normal heel/toe wear of a tread block,,,over a long run-the front of the block will raise up & they will straighten back out when reversed or rotated.
That's about the only thing about directional tires....i guess you could run them backwards for a bit...but i'll see if i can dig up some pic's.
