For 1/24 scale diecast, Maisto is the only one I know of. If you don't mind putting in the time for plastic model kit, search for Tamiya.

For 1/18, GT Spirit makes both pre and post 15 Nismo models.

For very small scale like 1:64, hot wheels is easily attainable. Alternatively, Tomica makes them also and come when a small box that has a realistic picture of the car.

If you start to go crazy and wanna collect the whole line of Z heritage toy cars, then Autoart, Minichamps and Ebbro provide great diecast models of older Z's. Kyosho's Ignition line make mean looking older gens modified Z's diecast.
