If you're looking at a 2017, it already has an oil cooler. The 2012 model year added an oil cooler as a standard feature. Here's the thread from 2011:

I'm a fan and long time user of Red Line's Water Wetter. I used it in my Mercedes diesel and have added it to my 2016 370z. In crappy stop and go in Atlanta, I've seen 220. At pace on the highway, the thermostat seems to want to keep 205 (that's what I was measuring VVT oil temperature at with Torque).

Then again, I haven't made it through a full Atlanta summer yet.
