Cooltoy is right, but you can also upload them to imgur.com and go to your images there and click the ones you want, then on the right side it will have all sorts of different version you can copy. You'll want the "direct link" one or something, though. But below all of that, you can pick a size. I think mine are "large thumbnail" but there are like, 10 or so options. It'll resize it for you
