My Z was black before I wraped mine, it was a PITA to keep clean, but it looked amazing when it was clean. For a full wrap 3K is a bit on the higher side but if it's from a very good shop not unreasonable. A good paint job could easily cost double that, and with vinyl you can go back to OEM. I would recommend vinyl any day over paint, the only time I would go with paint would be if there was a serious issue with the original paint.

It's true what Jayhovah said, vinyl is softer then paint and I can see some minor issues with mine but since I know it's coming off in a few year's I am not to worried. A garaged car with a neurotic cleaning regiment will last 5+ years, an outdoor kept car will last ~3.
