Did mine @65,000 12/15'... no crack's & 4yrs. old from build date.
I drew a diagram on bottom side of radiator (because of the routing) and replaced it.
Not bad from bottom side & put the old one in the sleeve for a spare.
#1 thing that i did notice & it was the same on all of them,,,the idler pulley's seemed to have a bit more clearance than i'm use to seeing.
It could be designed that way, because of the high rpm's of engine...but bearings were all smooth-they just seemed to have extra play in them.
82,000+ and running great.
