motor is out and heres the build plan.
short block

new oil cooler (in case shrapnel got up in there)

OEM harmonic damper unless I can find one of those drip stick compatible ATI ones.

z1 400 hp kit (dressing)

New JWT clutch (while its out)

(BTW If anyone was wondering, Nissan wanted $12k to drop in a new OEM motor)

Ps it's coming along.
