The following assumes the use of LEDs but should be same basic procedure for incandescents.

If the LEDs are white, you can buy tinted caps. Or you can probably find some tinting "paint" but you need to make sure it is compatible with the LEDs. (If incandescent, will have a glass bulb and compatibility is not an issue.)

If they are colored, you will probably need to replace the LEDs with the appropriate colors. This will require some soldering skills.

The FSM may give more info but probably considers it part of an assembly with no serviceable parts inside. Worth a look. Link in my sig.
