They're supposed to be locked in by a spring, when you reattached them did you see a circular spring inside the female end? Sometimes when they blow, the spring goes out with it and you've gotta search your under tray for them. Secondly when you push the male side in, the spring has to eclipse over the nipple of the male pipe so it locks in, if not it'll probably blow again when you repressurize the system.
