Any unusual wear patterns mean you need to get something fixed, and swapping tires ain't gonna fix it, so......
Did I miss anything?

A good question, so I called and asked (I'm doing the service that came with the car, so there's some measure of just nodding and going with it on my part); they apparently pull the tires off the rims, which is why they got re-balanced.
Now if they actually did this I won't know until I go look at the tires, but I don't have any reason to doubt them (yet).
