A few further thoughts on the subject...
What would be the benefit of swapping g side to side?
The inside of the tread is still the inside of the tread, so no advantage to reduce camber wear.
The rear tires are still on the rear, so no advantage to reduce drive wheel wear.
Any unusual wear patterns mean you need to get something fixed, and swapping tires ain't gonna fix it, so......
Did I miss anything?
