Did you strap on some weights and do them with more weight first...because doing body weight over and over again I don't seem to progress much...I maybe add 1 every 4 months...lol then I get weaker ...
I have been doing them 5 days a week...

Swimming. Getting thrown out of a boat in the middle of a river by older brother. Having to swim to shore before river boat loaded with coal sucked you under.
Do that a couple of times. You build some upper body muscles. Not counting on how you are planning your older brother's demize!
