I'd suggest flushing that nasty fluid out and changing the master first... it's a good (and likely necessary) practice to change out the master if changing out the slave anyway, so try swapping it first...then if the symptoms persist, change the slave too.
While you're at all of this, add some heat sleeve to the line that goes to the CSC.. it runs right by your exhaust manifold.

Would that still be needed if I switch to a stainless steel line?
