That is most likely going to remain the best part of this thread... I am strongly considering abandoning this project. I am worried that at the end of all of this, I will have a bulky, ill fitting enclosure that will probably be within 1-2 pounds of a comparable fiberglass enclosure which would take up less space and fit a lot better... I also have experience with fiberglass audio construction so I wont spend so much time blankly staring at things and thinking about how I want to approach. I'll probably decide which direction I am going to go this weekend since I'll have some time to work on it.
