This is what I posted in the other thread.
Yesterday. I was getting the Z ready for the trip. Jacked it up. Changed oil and filter. Grease the swaybar bushings. Pull the tires off to change brake pads. Installed my YellowStuff pads. Look at the tires. The rears look good. Look at the fronts and crapped my shorts. Have cords hanging out of the very inside edge of both tires. I knew I was getting close, but not that close. I had ordered PSS 295's last Saturday. Today, go the the tire dealer. Said he is having a time getting them. Told me that they are being discontinued. He can get them, but it may take a week. So I changed the order to the new Mich Pilot Sport 4S in 285/35-19. Guess what? They will be in this Friday. Not good. Go back to the house. Pull the rear oem wheels and tires out of the basement. Load the rims and tires in the truck. Jack up the front of the Z. Remove the front tires, and load them up in the truck. Go back to the tire dealer. Swapped the oem 285/35-19 tires for the old PSS's. So now I have 285/35-19 Yoko's on the front, and 345/30-19 PSS's on the rear. It should be an interesting drive to the Dragon.
