I'll put the link to the files, and to a place where you can have it printed. I did a quick look and you should be able to get it printed in ABS for about $20.

I did this today, found a 3D printing shop in my area, they pulled down the file and made it to spec. It fits perfectly! Cost was $50, which was cheaper than adding USB and other switches for various other future projects. Def happy with the way this came out! Thanks for posting the file and great job on your measurements. I went with gray and it's slightly lighter than the accent pieces in the car, so l my recommendation would be to go with a matte black.
