Default Clicking noise from front @ 30+mph

I searched before posting, but didn't see anyone w/ my specific problem.

After taking the car out of storage, I had a clicking noise coming from my front driver side, only when traveling more than 25-30mphs. It definitely sounds like metal and rotational, it's very timed and oscillates if I drive faster. I will try to get a video of it when I'm driving. It's odd because it doesn't seem to make this noise at low speeds or when I turn. My mechanic thinks I have a warped wheel, but I would like to troubleshoot as much as I can before I decide to ship the wheel out to get repaired. He did put it on his balancer and said he can see the wheel oscillating a little bit.

He checked bolts and bushings and didn't see anything. I'm not sure if he checked end links. My next step is to raise the car a little bit and grease some areas of interests. What areas should I grease and what should I try to tighten down?
