This is also coming from the school of thought with tuning and engine building that you should keep you injector size as close to your power needs as possible; and some do not proscribe to that school of thought. The above bolt-on R35 injectors and stock fuel pump come from 1 year of personal experience running flex-fuel.

Who did you get tuned with? ECUTEK? Also do you think its safe to drive the car around with r35 injectors for a few weeks before getting a tune?
