At first I thought it was my boost controller buat after checking around I talked with a major shop in the area and found that they would pressure test the springs before install and the same inconsistent readings were found with the springs. I finally went with the the next step lower than recommended. The boost controller can only regulate boost from that point up and no lower. But above all else make sure the vacuum lines stay clear of anything that might burn a hole in them. I got owned by a 1/4 inch hole in a vacuum line to the passenger wastegate.

I will do that, i'm getting the vacuum gauge to test vacuum and set up the BOV that way. After that I will check he waste gate springs next Thanks for the info that is really helpful.
