500.00 over invoice is a fair price, dealer has to make some money on the deal. My dealer,once he saw the invoice, agreed immediately, and was generous in my trade in. He'll make most of his money on servicing your car. It's tough out there right now and if dealers won't work with you then their days are numbered.
