Raised my chair up (it was busted and sitting all the way down. Home Depot fix) and tried to make a point to extend my arm out when 'puterin'.
Also went to my chiropractor and he helped a huge amount. No more pain.

yah, i changed my office desk setup today and tried to keep my elbow off the table and arm rest at all times, extended my arms a bit too.
i think chiro might be on order if nothing improves in 2 wks.
