vibration on steering wheel is usually from unbalanced wheel/tire mounting or ur wheel is not centered on the hub.. or ur tires are not true, or ur wheel is not straight.

go back to the tire shop to have the set rebalanced.

if ur wheels did not come with centering rings see if u can get a set. centering rings can help at times, but not required for lugcentric wheels. (lug centric meaning you got tapered lugs, not the washer type lugs as oem).
