and probably not, I think i read that shops won't resurface slotted rotors but I could be wrong, either way high carbon is supposed to be a lot stronger so resurfacing might not even be needed (won't warp)

"warped" rotors is kind of misunderstood concept... the rotors don't warp, they build up uneven deposits from the brake pads. There is a fair amount of discussion of this topic on this forum because the OEM pads are prone to it.
So the real question is - do these rotors resist those deposits? Otherwise, not being able to resurface them would be kind of a bummer.
