Actually I think they're spec'd out from the start. Where the RS3 has an options list and doesn't have all the goodies here in the US (think Premium Plus as a start), I think the TT-RS is already going to come in "prestige" form. The virtual cockpit, MMI nav, and B&O will be standard so there won't be much to add. I do know there's a dynamic plus package that includes the fixed sport dampers and carbon ceramic front brakes. That's the one big option but I'd live with the iron rotors most likely.
But I get your point, and I agree, not much of a stretch to a GT-R if it kisses $70K.
