I use 5-20m1 in my Z. There should be little to no difference in 0w or 5w 20 in most cases. The first letter means the oil more viscous (easier to pump) when cold. This is important if you live in cold climate as cold weather = more viscous oil =harder for car to crank, turn over, then run with improper lube as target oil viscosity has been reached. The second number is the oil's viscosity once warmed up which usually lies within engine operating temps of 190-220. So both these oils will act the same once heated to operating temps.
