Nothing else seems to be wrong with it. No accidents or anything. It was a 1 owner car with a clean CarFax.
I think the fluid was just slightly low because the pads were worn enough to make the level drop a bit. (That's apparently a common issue with the 370Z .... if the brake fluid reservoir doesn't actually have the fluid right up to the "full" line, it can be picky and you'll get random "BRAKE" lights flickering on and off on the dash as you drive around, etc.)
I only had to add enough fluid to fill it from about mid-way between "LOW" and "FULL" to the "FULL" line. No more issues now.
