AFFF. It's basically soap. Cleans up if you do discharge it and won't suffocate you. 2.25 lbs will meet the minimum requirements of most US orgs (NASA, SCCA, AER, etc) but won't fully douse you and your V6, just give you a few extra seconds to escape. The 10lbs system is almost overkill.
More nozzles reduces pressure and will empty the bottle faster. Put one aimed towards your legs, one at any fuel cell plumbing, and two in the engine bay on either side. The nozzles have a very wide spray pattern. Make sure your cabin one is aimed down; you don't want it spraying in your face.
