It does have the si impeller. I would consider the ceramic hybrid bearings to bring it up to 63k rpm though.
I checked with a supercharger rebuild shop and sent him the same videos the Vortech tech saw. Here was his response. I believe I posted Vortech assessment earlier.

Not normal lol they told you that much is normal ? They crazy or something? The bearings are moving within the blower it's not spaced right they're too far in on the low speed bearings that is the reason Procharger uses lock rings behind the bearing internally !!
