No ramps, and I usually just spot clean with a wet towel while it's up on jack stands for maintenance. If I'm using the hose, I'm working out in the driveway and doing a proper undercarriage cleaning. At that point I've got all the fender linings and undertray out to clean and treat properly as well. The MetroVac Sidekick Blaster I picked up last fall works awesome for drying the undercarriage, so I don't have to worry about driving it
