Thanks! Already looking at SPL when I finally decide on suspension. Need to recover a bit from the TT install and wanted to get a set of tires to tide me over until I do it all.
Still wondering about my original questions though with my stock rims.
1) What is the widest tire that I can install on the front and rear without rubbing and ballooning?
2) I thought that I read that there is a rule of thumb on width differential from front to rear. What are the pros/cons for not following this rule of thumb?
3) Looking at the Michelin Pilot Super Sports at the moment from reviews and a little bit on the tread life. Are there better options of tires that last roughly 15K miles (for spirited driving, not tracking the car)?
Thanks again!
