Just drain and fill...
you can just buy the trans fluid and have them do it along with your next motor oil change. The labor will probably be around $20 additional since your car will be on the rack already.

Changing the fluid on an MT is a pretty easy job - any weekend mechanic should be able to do it in a hour or so. Procedure is in FSM or see one of the DIYs on this site.
